Isaiah Jae 30 Months!

How on earth is my baby 2 1/2 already!?!? I must say, he was by far my most difficult baby/early toddler, so now that we are hitting a sweet spot, I'm not sad! But still....TIME FLIES!

 Happy 30 Months Isaiah Jae!

30 Month Highlights:

-We had a fun, relaxing thanksgiving day. We started off having brunch at Tia and Uncle G's house while the kids ran around and played. We then went back home and all played a super fun game of kickball. After that, the littles had naps while the adults got dinner ready. We had a very yummy steak dinner  (bc nobody loves turkey!). We finished the night with a Christmas movie. Everyone went to bed tired from a full day of fun...and full tummies!

-You got new Christmas Jammies in your Thansgiving box! "Elf Squad"

-You helped throw a "surprise birthday party" for Mama (all Bella's idea!). The party consisted of leftover pumpkin pie at 9 am, a banner, a cute homemade gift and some bounce house time : )

-You LOVE being outside, swinging, and just running around

-Aubrey's birthday! Mama tried taking a picture of her, but then Bella wanted in, and you couldn't be left out!

-You are a crazy, silly boy who loves to make us laugh. You also love not having clothes on!

-Day 1 of 25 days of Christmas! You were a little confused about the numbers thing : )

-Mama went into the closet for 1 minute while you were sitting in an empty bathtub (your bath water had just drained out). She came out to find you had climbed up onto the counter and were wanting to take a bath in the sink! Crazy boy!

-Gingerbread house making fun!

-You like to sneak into Homeschool to be a part of it every once and awhile : )

-Library virtual Polar Express night

-Being silly with Mama

-You LOVE to play at the piano. Every time your sister's practice you want to pull a chair right up to "play" with them!

-PICU playdate outside! So much fun with Mama's 3 co-workers who all had babies within a month of each other!

-Girls got dressed up for school. You just wanted to jump in to join in on the fun!

-Holiday lights of Hope! You LOVED it and were so mesmerized by all the lights!

-Aubrey got these as a birthday present and you love playing with them and building things. I wouldn't be surprised if you were an engineer or architect when you grow up based on the things you love to do and play with.

Sleeping: No big changes. Bedtime is still 7:30 ish, you sleep til sometime in the 6am hour. We are working really hard with you to not make noise (AKA: Scream DADDY out your door to wake everyone else up!) before your clock turns green. Some days you are great about playing and "reading" quietly, other days, it's all the screaming.

Your nap is around 1:30 or 2 most days, and you sleep anywhere from 1 to 2.5 hours. Most days it's about an hour and a half. You wake up crabby a lot. Crying, crabby, super fun. We've been trying to just open your door and let you come down once you are ready. Some days you just lay in bed 10-20 minutes before you shake off the crabbiness. Other days you come downstairs still crying. Who knows.

Eating: You can throw down when it comes to food you like! You are a champion snack eater! ZBars, veggie straws, almond crackers, cheese, fruit leather, annie's cheetoes, dry cereal...yeah you can eat your weight in it. Other food with substance, some days you'll eat it, other's no way. You also are a great fruit eater. Veggies, unless coming in straw form, not so much : )
