March 2019

This month flew by just like the last. But I'm guessing that will just be life from here on out with littles!  Fun month, filled with some festivities, more ballet, and a visit from some best friends!

-We LOVE our lazy saturdays where we all pile on the bed, eat some breakfast snacks (and drink a loooong cup of coffee), and watch a kids cooking show or a "beach show". Isabella loves playing with Isaiah and keeping him entertained as well.

-We had a family pizza night out with the Harts and Leflers and it was a blast. This pizza place was awesome...each kid gets a pizza dough ball while waiting for their pizza to come out. We were able to have a kids table and an adult table (with the addition of the two little boys)...woot woot! FUN night!

Aunter Stine loves her Zae snuggles : )
-We took advantage of the great spring weather we had between the rain, and are very grateful for our "playground." Isaiah could swing forever!!

-We celebrated St Patrick's Day with some shamrocks on our cheeks, and green in our outfits. The little leprechauns made a mess in the girl's school room, and they thought it was so funny!

-Mama got to go on a relaxing weekend away in the North GA Mountains for a women's retreat, and Daddy spent some good time with the 3 littles. He took the girls to an indoor play place which they loved. Isabella discovered basketball there, and for the first time, fell in love with a sport! She has been talking about basketball almost daily every since!

-Two things the girls love: ballet and dress up. Isabella definitely loves the ballet more than Aubs does, but since they get to do the same class, Aubrey is happy to do it. She refuses to wear ballet shoes, so sparkly pink tennis shoes it is : ) Reminds me a bit of her Mama (who gave her ballet shoes back after her very first class!)

-As much as Isabella loves ballet, Aubrey LOVES soccer! She's been talking about it for months and after 3 weeks in a row of rain delay, she was finally able to start! She is probably the littlest one out there, but she's pretty darn good for being 3!  At the very least she hangs in there with the best of them for the entire 50 minutes, and doesn't complain a bit.

Nuggie does great on soccer saturdays....just chillin' and watching it all!

-Family friday nights are always a blast, and impromptu outdoor picnic for the girls, and steak, roasted potatoes and wine for the adults is always a win. To have our besties right next door is still surreal to us!

-Tia comes over sometimes after school when Mama is working so you crazies can get outside and run some energy off before naptime. The girlies love to play "PJ Masks" and pretend you are owlette, flapping your shirts as you run. Cracks me up every time!

-Isabella and Isaiah are two peas in a pod. Isabella just loves being around him, making him laugh, and playing with him. He's a pretty good sport while she practices piano daily, and sometimes he even gets in a piano practice of his own : )

-You had your ballet "recital" at the end of the month, and while Aubrey mostly stood there watching rather than participating, Isabella truly was focused and rocked out that dance!

-The highlight of the month was having some of our best friends who we haven't seen in YEARS come spend a long weekend with us! Their boys are 7 and 9 years old, and the girls just loved spending time with them. Even though it had been years since we've been together, it seemed so natural and easy, and we picked up right where we left off! Game nights, inappropriate jokes, and bonfires for days!

See ya March, that's a wrap! Onto April, Easter festivities, and more spring time fun!!
